Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using RENT's website or booking services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RENT Property Management.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RENT website and booking platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Booking and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by RENT. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from RENT. Prices displayed are indicative and subject to change until booking confirmation.
3. Payment Terms
A deposit of 30% of the total booking value is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. For bookings made within 30 days of check-in, full payment is required at time of booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations 30–60 days before check-in forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable. RENT recommends travel insurance.
5. Check-in and Check-out
Standard check-in time is 14:00 (2:00 PM) and check-out is 11:00 (11:00 AM) local Bali time. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request and subject to villa availability and additional fees.
6. Villa Rules and Guest Conduct
Guests agree to comply with all villa-specific house rules provided at the time of booking. RENT reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund in the event of violation of house rules, illegal activity, or damage to property.
7. Damage and Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required at check-in. This deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days of check-out, minus any deductions for damage or extra cleaning required beyond normal use. RENT will provide itemized documentation of any deductions.
8. Limitation of Liability
RENT acts as a property management agent and is not responsible for force majeure events, personal injury, loss or theft of personal property, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or stay at a villa.
9. Owner Terms
Villa owners engaging RENT for property management services are subject to separate Management Agreements. These Terms and Conditions govern guest-facing bookings only. Management agreement terms take precedence for owner-RENT relations.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, photography, logos, and design is the property of RENT or used with permission. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bali, Indonesia.
12. Changes to Terms
RENT reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
